Anderson Griggs Investments is a fee only, independent investment advisory firm. This means that the only way we get paid is through an agreed upon fee schedule that is established through a client account agreement. We do not have any other charges or hourly rates, nor do we have any pass through expenses to our clients, including 12b-1 fees, or soft dollar arrangements. Our clients do pay brokerage commissions for trades directly to the custodian of their accounts, however Anderson Griggs Investments does not receive any portion of those commissions, and it is in both our and our clients’ best interest to keep these costs at a minimum.
The following are the two separate fee schedules that Anderson Griggs Investments utilizes in the management of its clients’ accounts, dependent upon the style of management agreed upon within the client contract. These same fee schedules can be found in our Form ADV Part 2 which is updated and submitted annually to the Securities Division of the Attorney General’s Office of the State of South Carolina. We believe that we offer a fair and competitive fee and have never increased this rate since it was established in the year 2000.
