Rock Hill, South Carolina, 3-26-2010 Kendall J. Anderson, CFA has been elected to position of Vice President for the CFA Society of South Carolina for the 2010-2011 term. The CFA Society of South Carolina promotes ethical and professional standards within the investment industry, encourages professional development through the CFA Program, and facilitates the open exchange of information and opinions.
This will be Mr. Anderson’s second term as Vice President, who has also served in various leadership positions for the CFA Society of South Carolina. Mr. Anderson offered his take on the Society and his role saying, “Investors recognize the CFA designation as the definitive standard for measuring competence and integrity in the fields of portfolio management and investment analysis. This was accomplished through the hard work and commitment of its members. I am proud to do my part”.
