Anderson Griggs Focused Growth Separate Account Received 4-star Rating From Morningstar

Anderson Griggs Portfolio Management's Focused Growth Separate Account received an Overall 4-star rating from Morningstar for the period ending September 30, 2008.

Rock Hill, South Carolina, 11-20-08 - Anderson Griggs Portfolio Management is proud to announce that the firm's Focused Growth Composite has received an Overall four star rating from Morningstar.   The Morningstar RatingTM for separate accounts is a quantitative assessment of past performance-both return and risk-as measured from 1 to 5 stars.

Morningstar gives its best ratings of five or four stars to the top 33% of all separate accounts (of the 33%, 10% get five stars and 22.5% get four stars) based on their risk-adjusted returns as compared with others in their Morningstar CategoryTM.  The Overall Morningstar RatingTM is derived from a weighted average of the performance figures associated with a separate account's 3-, 5-, and 10-year (if applicable) Morningstar RatingTM metrics.

Kendall Anderson, CFA and portfolio manager for the firm's Focused Growth Objective stated, "Although this is a recognition of the firms relative performance over the past eight years, our main concern at the present time is to position the portfolio for the recovery in prices that we believe will surely happen".

Any reference to performance is historical in nature and no assumption about future performance should be made based on the past performance of any Anderson Griggs Investment Objective, individual account, or index.

For each separate account with at least a three-year history, Morningstar calculates a Morningstar RatingTM based on a Morningstar Risk-Adjusted Return measure that accounts for variation in a separate account's monthly performance (no adjustment is made for management fees), placing more emphasis on downward variations and rewarding consistent performance.  The top 10% of the separate accounts in an investment category receive 5 stars, 22.5% receive 4 stars, 35% receive 3 stars, the next 22.5% receive 2 stars, and the bottom 10% receive 1 star.  The Overall Morningstar Rating is a weighted average of the fund's three-, five-, and 10-year (if applicable) Morningstar RatingTM metrics.
